Arriving Before Games
The team manager or coach is asked to arrive at least 45 minutes before game time to get the dressing room key and complete the gamesheet. (Using pre-printed team labels help to make game sheet completion quicker and more accurate)
All players are are required to be dressed with skates on and ready to play at least 15 minutes before the game is scheduled to start. Games often start early! Please make sure you allow enough travel time.
Hot Dogs
At check-in each team manager will receive a packet of coupons for free hot dogs. Please distribute the coupons to your players. Hot dogs are available from the Richmond Arena Canteen only (i.e. not at the GRC) between 11 am - 3 pm on Saturday November 29th and Sunday November 30th. Even if your team is not scheduled to play at the Richmond Arena within that time frame, we really encourage you to come by, take a chance on the raffle table, cheer on the players, experience the full torunament atmosphere, and enjoy a free hot dog!
